Passport lifecycle and de-identification
Account Deletion
Delete a ScoreNet Passport from the Player Dashboard and understand which records are removed or de-identified.
How to Delete a Passport
Sign in, open My Passport, go to “Delete ScoreNet Passport,” type the current handle, enter the current recovery key, and complete both confirmations. Deletion is processed immediately.
Deleted Data
Active sessions, the recovery credential, linked Apple or Google identities, encrypted provider revocation credentials, profile settings, friendships, friend requests, rival selections, blocks, notifications, account roles, and identifiable account audit records are removed. ScoreNet attempts provider revocation before removing the link. The active profile is replaced with a non-public deleted-player identity.
De-identified Historical Records
Permanent scores, captured competition results, finalized standings, season recaps, awards, and rivalry events may remain linked to the internal deleted-player record. The public handle, display name, and initials are replaced so completed rankings and season mathematics remain stable.
Important Limitations
Deletion cannot be reversed and the original handle is not guaranteed to become available again. The sole administrator account cannot be deleted until another administrator has been assigned.
