ScoreNet automatically queues interrupted submissions, retries weak connections, and assigns a diagnostic ID when something needs investigation.
Complete a regular Arcade run as a guest, then choose Save with Passport. Create or sign in on the same browser within 24 hours; the verified run will attach automatically.
Members Lounge cabinets require an eligible Passport before the run begins.
Your recovery key is the passwordless credential for restoring a Passport. ScoreNet stores only a cryptographic hash and cannot reveal the original key later.
Store it in a password manager and a second encrypted or offline location.
Scores may be flagged when integrity checks detect impossible timing, duplicate sessions, unsupported builds, or moderation concerns. Historical records remain preserved while a review is open.
Email support@playscorenet.com with your handle, cabinet, approximate time, and Support ID.
Use the Passport Security Center for account deletion and session management. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@playscorenet.com.
Report suspected platform vulnerabilities privately to security@playscorenet.com. Do not include recovery keys or other player credentials.
